Bayern Innovativ reserves the right to make changes to the programme to the extent absolutely necessary.
If and to the extent the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure or its realisation is unreasonable for Bayern Innovativ, both parties shall be released from their contractual obligations. Any entrance fee paid by the participant will be refunded. Neither party will be entitled to assert claims for damages against the other party based on or in connection with such event cancellation. It is deemed unreasonable for Bayern Innovativ to hold the event if (including without limitation), due to the continuation of the so-called "Corona crisis", a considerable number of expected participants is expected not not attend and this would lead to a significant economic loss for Bayern Innovativ.
