Consumers have a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereas a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attri-buted neither to his/her commercial nor to his/her independent professional activity:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of revocation, please inform us (Bayern Innovativ GmbH, Am Tullnaupark 8, 90402 Nürnberg, Tel: +49 - 091120671, Fax: +49 - 911 20671- 792, Mail: info@bayern-innovativ.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by sending us a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may, but are not obliged to, use the Model revocation form.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the revocation notification before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract at the latest. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; such repayment will be free of charge for you.

If you requested that the services begin during the revocation period, you will be obliged to pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation in respect of this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
