This event will take place on the premises of the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS. In accordance with the applicable export control regulations and the internal security requirements of Fraunhofer IIS, participation in the event is subject to an export control check.

Participation in the event is only possible after successful completion of the export control check. Conditions of participation:

Bayern Innovativ reserves the right to make changes to the programme to the extent absolutely necessary.
If and to the extent the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure or its realisation is unreasonable for Bayern Innovativ, both parties shall be released from their contractual obligations. Any entrance fee paid by the participant will be refunded. Neither party will be entitled to assert claims for damages against the other party based on or in connection with such event cancellation.
