Note:

Since the event “NTN, Security and Resilience” on 19.09.2025 is an event on the premises of the German Aerospace Center, increased security regulations must be observed. Admission to the event can only be permitted in accordance with the lists of states, Staatenlisten im Sinne von § 13 Abs. 1 Nr. 17 SÜG of the BMI. If your nationality is the same as one of the nationalities listed, participation is unfortunately not possible. We ask for your understanding.

As the number of participants is limited, your registration is merely an application for a place. Acceptance or rejection will take place within 14 days. You will receive confirmation of acceptance with your registration confirmation.
Therefore, please carry an official photo ID (identity card/passport) with you on the day of the event.

Conditions of participation:

After receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail.
Bayern Innovativ reserves the right to make changes to the programme to the extent absolutely necessary.
If and to the extent the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure or its realisation is unreasonable for Bayern Innovativ, both parties shall be released from their contractual obligations. Any entrance fee paid by the participant will be refunded. Neither party will be entitled to assert claims for damages against the other party based on or in connection with such event cancellation.
